Terms & cancellation
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you use BidBucket, a service run by Mimi Seki, sole trader (ABN [to be added]), New South Wales, Australia. Plain English is the goal. If anything is unclear, email hello@bidbucket.site.
The short version
- 14-day free trial, no card required.
- Before your trial ends, we email you. You're only charged if you choose to subscribe.
- Cancel any time by replying "cancel" or emailing us. No notice period, no lock-in.
- We list public tenders and link to the official notice. Always read the official documents before you bid.
What you get
A weekday email listing newly published NSW Government opportunities from buy.nsw that match the trade you chose, with the buyer, closing date, a short summary and a link to the official notice. We try to include every relevant listing, but we can't guarantee that every opportunity will be included or that every included one will suit you.
Prices and billing
- Standard: A$29 per month, or A$290 per year. Founding members (our first 50 subscribers): A$20 per month, which stays the same for as long as you remain continuously subscribed.
- BidBucket is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If that changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. For annual plans, we email you at least 14 days before renewal.
- If we ever change the standard price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it applies.
Cancelling
Reply "cancel" to any BidBucket email, or email hello@bidbucket.site from the address you subscribed with. You'll get a confirmation, and you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of being charged, we'll refund it in full.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If something goes wrong, for example we fail to send your emails, tell us and we'll fix it or give you a fair refund.
About the information
- Tender details come from public government sources and can change or be withdrawn. The official notice is always what counts.
- Summaries are written to help you decide quickly, partly with the help of AI. They're a guide, not advice.
- BidBucket is independent and not affiliated with the NSW Government or any agency.

Fair use
Your subscription is for your business. Please don't resell or republish the digest.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from relying on a listing without checking the official notice, or from a missed opportunity. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email you first. Questions: hello@bidbucket.site. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
